Our refund/return policy outlines the guidelines for requesting refunds and returning items purchased through our website.

Eligibility for Refunds/Returns:
All advance booking must have been notified and cancelled 2 days ahead.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours – 50% cancellation fee applies.
Last-Minute Cancellations (Within 3 Hours of Pickup) – No refund.
No-Shows / No Response – No refund.
Rescheduling 24 hours in advance– Allowed once, subject to availability.
